Shipping Policy
We carry in stock items alongside pre-order items. If you purchase a combination of both, your package will ship once the items are all ready to go. Please note that some pre-order items can take up to 14 days to ship out. We will always work as quickly as possible to get your items to you.
Local London, Ontario porch pick up is always free at checkout and will be available within 1-2 days of purchase. You will get an email with the address, and need to provide a 1 hour time window of when you will stop by so we don't leave things out for those pesky porch pirates!

All items are a final sale.
If something arrives damaged, or is misrepresented we will do our best to accommodate case by case.
